Last Saturday, our systems sales group, lead by Ms Michelle Miraflor, hosted a primer on commercial water treatment technology for our Amici sales force.  As our company specializes in commercial and industrial water heaters and pressure systems, technical knowledge in water treatment, an important part of a complete water systems setup, is beneficial in assisting our clients to find the right solutions for them.

Internal Service Training Series Part 2 - Gas Water Heaters and Boilers

On January 13, 2009, Amici held its 2nd Internal Service Training seminar for service employees.  This time, discussion focused on gas water heaters, pool heaters and hot water boilers for residential and commercial use.  Topics include appropriate gas line pipe sizes for our different A.O. Smith water heaters and boilers and Sta-Rite LPG pool heaters, proper location, ventilation, and general troubleshooting for gas-fired water heaters.

Internal Service Training Series - Pumps and Water Systems

Last December 9, our company president and general product director held an internal service training seminar on pumps and water systems.  Topics tackled include general pump parts, assembly and dismantling of pumps, suction pipe sizing and friction, and general troubleshooting.

This seminar is part of an ongoing service improvement project for our service personnel.  It aims to upgrade our service group's knowledge base to provide better assistance to our customers.

Fairbanks Morse UL/FM Approved Fire Pump Product Presentation

Last July 29, 2009, Amici Water Systems, in coordination with Pentair, held a product presentation on Fairbanks Morse UL/FM Fire Pumps.  Fairbanks Morse, part of Pentair Group, is one of the leading brands of UL/FM Approved fire pump in the Philippines.  Fire pumps are used to drive large volume of water to fire sprinkler systems in case of emergency fire protection.  During the product presentation, Amici was formally introduced as one of its authorized dealers.
