The Amici Blue Card is a privilege card made for our loyal clients and partners. With the Amici Blue Card, you can enjoy exciting travel rewards and more. We are always moving one step ahead.
Point System:
1.Each Amici Blue Card member will be rewarded 1 mile for every Php 60.00 purchased from any Amici branch (Mayon, Pampanga and Cebu).
Benefits:
1. Earn corresponding miles* on purchases** for all cash and cheque transactions (excluding sale, promo and consigned items) at any Amici branch (Mayon, Pampanga and Cebu) and partner establishments*** .
2. Special invitations to Amici events.
3. No joining fee, no membership fee, no card fee. The Amici Blue Card is an elite membership club wherein members are acquired by invitation only.
Conditions:
1. *Miles are earned by purchasing items from Amici Mercantile Inc. Cost of items purchased are converted into miles based on a standard conversion (Php 60.00 is equivalent to 1 mile). Depending on the number of miles, members can avail of corresponding travel rewards packages. These packages are listed on the quarterly newsletter, which is posted on the website www.amici.com.ph.
2. **All products sold by Amici Mercantile Inc. are considered for the Amici Rewards Program.
3. A member can use the Amici Blue Card for as many times as he wants within his membership period of one (1) year.
4. The newsletter will be posted on the website (www.amici.com.ph) regularly to update card holders of latest news and travel rewards packages.
5. You, as a member, need to present the Amici Blue Card upon purchase to avail of the rewards programs. Amici will not reimburse retroactively for purchases made without the Membership Card.
6. Member's full name, address, contact number and e-mail address must be up-to-date in the Amici database to receive all the benefits. Members can change their personal information by emailing the Amici Marketing Department at marketing@amici.com.ph.
7. The card/ membership is absolutely non- transferable.
8. Each privilege card is valid for one (1) year from date of issue.
9. Abuse of this privilege will result in cancellation of this card.

Membership:
1. Membership is given for free to Amici's valued clients and partners. The Amici Blue Card is an elite membership club wherein members are acquired by invitation only.
2. Automatic renewal of membership is allowed for as long as member was able to reach a minimum of 3,000 miles within the last six (6) months of its validity.
3. You have the right to cancel membership any time by giving a written notice to Amici and returning their membership card, at which time any outstanding mileage credits will be cancelled.
4. Amici may also terminate the membership of a member at its complete discretion and in such circumstances will provide the member three to six months notice of termination. Upon expiry of the notice period, all unused mileage credits will be cancelled.
5. Upon the death of a member, the membership account will be closed and all outstanding mileage credits will be transferred to any relative of the deceased. Relatives must be of the first degree and is an immediate family member.
6. A card fee of Php 100 will be charged for the replacement of Amici Blue Card which have been lost or broken. If a member has obtained airline travel award for himself or others through fraud, dishonesty or deceit then the member shall be liable for the full price of the airline travel award without limitation, together with all the costs and damages incurred or suffered by Amici and its partners.
7. In the event of terminationof membership a member must return his membership card to Amici.
Privacy:
1. Member information will not be sold nor rented. Names and mailing addresses may however be traded and made accessible to partner organizations, but only upon expressed consent from members.
2. Members have the right to request to review and correct their personal data at any given time. Send a request to marketing@amici.com.ph.
3. Members are responsible for updating their personal information, most importantly their mailing address. Amici is not responsible for any loss as a result of a member's failure to notify of a change in address.
Award Redemption – General Conditions:
1. All mileage credits must be earned by the same member under the same account.
2. Amici is only responsible for the airline ticket as part of the airline travel award. The passenger shall be responsible for all other expenses and any other charges, claims or liabilities arising in relation to the use of the tickets as part of the airline travel awards (I.e. airport tax).
3. Members are eligible for the airline travel award only when they clearly state the nature and date of the airline travel award when making a reservation for the flight desired. Members must give due notice of at least two weeks before desired date of flight.
4. Tickets for the airline travel award will be issued upon confirmation of both parties, both the Amici Blue Card member and travel agent. Open dated tickets are not permitted as part of the airline travel awards.
5. Once airline travel award tickets are issued, they are non- refundable and non- transferrable.
6. Airline travel award tickets are considered used if the member fails to take a reserved flight.
7. The sale and or barter of mileage credits or airline travel awards is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all credits thus resulting in cancellation of membership.
Redeeming Airline Awards:
1. Members can book their airline travel awards by personally requesting for it at the Amici office at 86 Mayon cor. M. Cuenco Strets, Sta. Mesa Heights, Quezon City.
2. Tickets for the airline travel award must be claimed by the member himself at the Amici Manila office. For special cases, Amici will deliver the ticket personally to the member.
3. The appropriate number of mileage credits will be deducted from a member's account at the timeof ticket issuance, not during the time of reservation.
4. For any suspicious award claims, member must immediately report to Amici Manila office.
5. Miles will expire upon the termination of the membership card. All miles acquired within the one (1) year membership period must be used withn the membership period. Unless the membership is renewed, the remaining unused miles will be carried over to the new membership card for only six (6) months. After the expiration of the new card, the carried over miles will be forfeited.
6. Miles cannot be converted to cash at all times.
