Internal Service Training Series Part 2 - Gas Water Heaters and Boilers

On January 13, 2009, Amici held its 2nd Internal Service Training seminar for service employees.  This time, discussion focused on gas water heaters, pool heaters and hot water boilers for residential and commercial use.  Topics include appropriate gas line pipe sizes for our different A.O. Smith water heaters and boilers and Sta-Rite LPG pool heaters, proper location, ventilation, and general troubleshooting for gas-fired water heaters.

This seminar is part of an ongoing service improvement project for our service personnel.  The project aims to identify current weak spots in service knowledge base, and enhance overall service capability and efficiency.
