A.O. Smith has acquired Lochinvar Corporation

A. O. Smith Corporation has acquired of Lochinvar Corporation for approximately $418 million.  With the acquisition of Lochinvar, A.O. Smith Water Products is expected to bolster its line of high efficiency hydronic and hot water boilers as well as improve further operational efficiency through market consolidation.
