Customer Service Representative

Requirements: 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Secretarial, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): computer literate, Good in both oral and written communication skills.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Highly organized and responsible.
  • With pleasing personality and with a very strong persuasion skills.
  • Energetic, execution oriented and has passion for EXCELLENCE.

Responsibilities: 
  • Take initiative in identifying all actionable tasks and answerable questions and making follow through until actual tasks and questions are performed or answered, and communicating accomplishments and problems encountered to the right person.
  • Preparation of documents, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Follow through initiators.
