The Purfect series is designed to be used in the treatment of commercial waters. Ultraviolet light has a killing effect on microorganisms, bacteria and viruses in water at a minimum dose of 30,000 mwatts/cm². Some applications may require a higher ultraviolet dose. The presence of high-capacity ultraviolet light sources provides an increase in ultraviolet disinfection. The most important advantage of ultraviolet disinfection is that the chemical structure of the water remains unchanged. Drinking water retains its pleasant taste and natural odor. Ultraviolet applications minimize the discharge of chemicals used for disinfection of water and their products. Our ultraviolet units are fast, economical, easy to apply, do not use chemicals and do not require heat for sterilization of water.
