Responsibilities

Plan, direct, coordinate or budget, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling and implementation.

Job Duties and Tasks

1. Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.

2. Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.

3. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations.

4. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients representing the owner or developer.

5. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, supplies and subcontractors.

6. Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.

7. Direct and supervise workers.

8. Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.

9. Select, contract and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project,such as painting or plumbing.

10. Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects.

11. Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.

12. Develop and implement quality control programs.

13. Take actions to deal with the result of delays, bad weather, or emegencies at construction site.

14. Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.

15. Plan, organize and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities and systems.

16. Investigate damage, accidents or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.

 

Requirements

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

This job is responsible for planning and performing internal audits to provide the management with professional support in areas as budget monitoring, accounting principles, financial and internal controls.

It includes preparation of reports, recommendations and development of policies and procedures to assure protection and maintenance of company records, assets, and operations.

  • Audits the accounting and financial data of various departments to ensure accuracy and compliance with existing company policies.
  • Examines the validity of disbursements particularly revolving fund, liquidation of cash advance, reimbursements, petty cash fund, etc.
  • Monitors cash advance and loan of managers and employees.
  • Identifies improper accountingor documentation and prepares recommendations to improve policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Conducts inventory count and audit.
  • Plans and performs appraisals of financial and other critical company.
  • Provides advice and information to management on acceptable financial procedures or solutions to internal control problems.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Immediate Supervisor from time to time.

The Service Supervisor must be a capable leader, with the ability to organize, train and supervise personnel. He must be capable to manage his service team including shop assignments, personnel and standards of performance and work output to satisfy customer's service needs.

Supervise and control work load of service technicians.

- Schedules service work according to priority and maintains an orderly flow of work.

- Handles customer complaint problems pertaining to service and repair work.

- Maintains in good condition all service tools and service vehicles.

- Responsible for keeping shop area clean.

- Responsible for the safety of service technicians and maintaining a safe working environment in the shop area.

- Orders and maintains adequate supplies and parts for service team inventory.

- Listens to problems of service team and works out satisfactorily or brings problems to Management for possible solutions.

- Helps service personnel diagnose troubles if they do not know the problem or cannot find it.

Skills and Talents
