WEDA YT-800 Commercial Cleaner
The Weda YT-800 cleans large underwater surfaces, such as the bottom of a sand filter in a relatively short time using its powerful pump and wide nozzle. It also allows the cleaning operation to be carried out without requiring it to be taken offline and for the filter to be drained.

After draining the sediment by pumping it through a hose and transferring it to a designated discharge point or to a filter, such as a sand treatment station. However, traditional cleaning using loading machines or conveyor belts require expensive investments. Manual filter cleaning is also very labor intensive. The reservoir has to be taken out of operation either way but by using the YT-800, the reservoir may remain operating even during full operation as it has only electrical motors and uses no dangerous oils or chemicals that can damage the filter.
It is a electricity-operated remote controlled cleaner that can be easily handled using a radio hand box. It can be equipped with underwater cameras in order to facilitate long-distance operation from a van or operations room.
The Y-800 can be used for cleaning infiltration dams and surface cleaning large outdoor basins. Aside from it doesn’t interrupt the distribution, it also helps in reducing cleaning costs.
